We have the expertise and knowledge to guide you through your marathon training in the preceding months.
Lots of fantastic tips and vital information shared.
Thank you to everyone who attended our clinic last night and also to our great speakers.
Everyone received a High5 pack worth £10, but also left with the knowledge to help you prepare for your marathon journey.
Registration will cost £10 and Redway Runners should check the weekly email for a discount code.
“IF IT DOESN’T CHALLENGE YOU, IT WON’T CHANGE YOU”
Nutrition is often overlooked for a half marathon. You will have put a lot into training, so why not put some effort into a basic nutritional plan that could make your next half the best ever?

If you’re tackling a marathon, you will have trained hard for months to get in great shape and ready
to line up at the start of those 26.2 miles. One of the critical pieces in the marathon puzzle is your
race-day nutrition strategy.

Do you lack motivation to do those long Sunday morning training runs on your own? Well you’re not alone! Running with a group of like minded individuals who have a similar goal is a great incentive to get out of bed and get training.
We will be working with local Milton Keynes running club the Redway Runners on a schedule of Sunday training runs, aimed at anyone doing the Milton Keynes Marathon or Half Marathon. These will start in January 2019.
These Sunday runs usually get an average of 80 runners and are suitable for all abilities.
You can just turn up and introduce yourself and don’t need to book.
