GIRL PACK
Registered charity number: 1185864
Girl Pack is a volunteer led, period support charity that provides free emergency period packs and products. In 2018 Paige and Megan, at the age of 13, recognised that their peers were struggling with access to products. They designed the period pack, took it into their school and, as they say, the rest is history. 7 years later we now have over 130 collection points across Milton Keynes and Luton where anyone who needs support can get help. To find out where you can get help or to support our cause go to www.girlpack.org.

Hope After Harm
Registered charity number: 1031545
At Hope After Harm, we believe that no one should have to face the lasting effects of trauma alone. Every day, we work with individuals and families who have experienced harm, offering them the expert support, resources, and community they need to heal and rebuild their lives. Supporting survivors of sexual violence and domestic abuse, families in crisis, and young people seeking to create a better future, our goal is to empower, rehabilitate, and inspire hope where it’s needed most.
